Not a terrible cap hit at under $6M. Maybe if $2M is retained it could make sense, just not sure he’s enough of an upgrade over Strome who’s been much better. Really solid faceoff guy though.

He wouldnt be a replacement for Strome, just some more additional support at center. However we dont have the cap space to take him on without having to drop someone. If the Ducks want to retain half his salary and take on DeAngelo, Id be on board for that.

Zib has been good today at face offs and PK. Have to give him some credit
