At least we are showing more of an effort than we have the past few games. I don’t think we’re playing bad but we’re letting the other teams best players have their way when they’re in our zone and they’ve capitalized almost every time.
Not saying we’re playing amazing but I don’t think the score reflects the work being put in

No it doesn’t but this game is a good excuse to get rid of ward just don’t know who they would replace him with
Yep. Reminds me of the team that always finished in 15 to 20 place. This team is going no where the way they are constructed and coached. - ksofm
You are so right... I was thinking the same... this team reminds me of those 10 years where we finished 15-20... If getting their butts kicked by oilers doesn't spark this team... they have no identity and we might as well fold the tent and move on from management (Trev, Ward) and core players. Just sad how bad Flames are

Our coach doesn't have the room... it's very clear now... Trev needs to do something because our players supposed to be a good group we have but the way they are being managed with constant line juggling and so on... there is no chemistry and Flames are going nowhere. Maybe a new coach might do something good

15-20th... think again this team will be bottom 5-8 by the end of this road trip and who knows by seasons end!
Were just not very good guys!

This ownership group has always paid up for players but never for coaches.
I am actually happy that Flames got beat this bad today... now at least they know they need to do something... Hunk you were saying Flames are doing great... see they are not... we have seen this coming because if our goalie is not good = blow out win for other teams... well let's see now what happens... one time a couple of years ago... a blow out loss lead to 10 games winning streak.... I can dream right
Ok, Let's get to it... I think coach change will be comign soon...so who are the choices Flames have for coaches?
What is up with Gallant... if he is an amazing coach... why do teams always fire him, and also why no one picked him up last year?
What other coach choices we have for the Flames? - hockey4hockey
How many coach hirings does it take ? I'm not sure I trust Treliving to get it right ... this would be his 4th hiring in 5 years. Maybe a reshaping of the organization is in order.
