TANGER LEARNED TO SHOOT AGAIN! - Rinosaur
Letang has been shooting the last few games. But they always go for those purposely wide bank shots. Just put it on net and you g results. |

Gotta give the Isles a chance and even up the penalties. The new NHL. |

Fun game. Not pretty. Jarry easily 1st star.
Kind of funny.... It took Sid at the very end to thrash Eberle. |

Pens played a terrible game, but I will take the win. Jarry won this for the Pens. |

Taking two against the Isles without giving up a loser point on a night where we really played like ass is huge. Alright, Ron, the boys keep buying you time. What you gonna do about it? |

Gutsy win tonight.
Jarry came up big. Nice to see Tanger get his first 2 on the season. Sid with the assist on the GW goal. |

Isn't it funny that as soon as the Fleury trade talk was squashed, Jarry got back to his old self?
Matheson out there is like playing with a 4th forward, both the good and the bad... I'll take it so far. |

Just a thought... Would Kap be stapled to the bench already if JR was still GM? I bet not. |

This was really the first game since coming back from injury where he’s had a mixed bag game. He’d played three stout, well rounded games prior. |

Yeah MM is rounding into shape. I think the swapping of d pairs might of had an effect. MM not used to being stuck out there with Poj. Petts will have to learn quickly what Letang is like, but letang’s game seems to be getting better. Battling in front of the net, didn’t notice any terrible turnovers, although I had to go get a pizza toward the end of the 2nd. |

I'll take the occasional defensive laps as long as he displays this level of skill. I'm little shocked actually. Dude can really play. Marino is playing much better. Could be an excellent pairing. |

Rutherford had one last trick up his sleeve before hitting the big ranch in the sky. |

MM and Marino both 24 minutes. Letang only 21. Kap getting a demotion. Looks like sully is starting to coach. Hopefully he gets zucker away from malkin now.
Maybe JR had too much say of coaching. Or maybe hextall and Burke told sully how things need to be. Def noticed a change in all around play, D structure, Pp, pk, since hextall took over. |
