There were some positives to take out of Sunday's game — a tight one against Winnipeg, and a star turn by Pettersson.

But the playoff math is already ugly. Looks like the Canucks would need to go on a major heater to stay in the chase.

Too bad about the OT loss last night, I really like watching the Canucks lately, that is the last half dozen games.

I think if they replace Green with with a more experienced coach, someone that will play with structured systems, and will hold all players accountable. Seems he has a bit of Babcock in him they way he jerks around Virtanen

Personally I thought they would struggle a bit more but they do have a killer top 6 and Goaltending. Their #1 D pairing is turning out great. They have rounded out the D pretty good since a few years back. See what happens when injuries hit the top 6.
