He hasn't been great but the offense dried up for a couple weeks too... looked much better last night, better than the game they actually won against the Leafs... it's great that you can roll 4 lines but when things are not going well, you need to start combining elements that are working for you

Every team in the league rolls 4 lines. What the habs need is talent so theyre not just rolling lines, but good lines.

They won't score 5 goals a game all year long.

They scored 3 last night, which more often than not, get you the win.

If you let the other team score 5 against you, that's a loss more often than not.

I think 4 should have counted but whatever, yes they scored 3 but they looked way more organized and determined in the offensive zone than they had in the previous 6-7 games, they created more chances... and yes they also allowed 5, against the hottest offensive team and player in the entire league... the Chiarot delay of game penalty changed the game

My wife is cutting my hair since COVID started...

This helps maintain our couple together...

Very risky to fight your wife when she cuts your hair!

The save on Anderson on Evans was the turning point... Leafs scored right after... So instead of being 3-3, we ended up 2-4 couple of minutes later...

Habs (frank)ed themselves right there...

Matthews and Marner were the best players on the ice by a mile, as they’ve been each of the past five or six games.

That’s gonna be enough to win most nights. Especially against a MTL team that lacks elite talent. Carey has put this team on his back time and time again, but it appears that trend may be over

he never did and he never will

there is no such thing in the nhl

he needs to be better, but people need to let go of that contract

Bergevin gave him that deal

- deadpoulet

Problem Poulet is that the Coach is corned because of that contract...

If Price is paid $5-6 M per year, he would be number 2 this morning because Allen is playing better than him...

It should not be like that but it is...

The only way Habs would not be binded by that contract situation is when Bergevin will no longer be the GM...

At the meantime, we all have to pray to have Price playing like a number 1...

they need to be able to win games 2-1, 1-0 or 3-2. Been saying that for a while. Everybody liked the start of the season when they were scoring 5 or 6 goals all over the place, but no team can do that all year long and the Habs even less so.

That was a massive save, Evans elevated it a little too, in tight, not much else he could have done, Andersen robbed him, give him some credit...not sure I'd call that shooting themselves in the foot

Did not say that.. Just saying that it was the turning point...

Anyway, this game is over and there is another one tonight...

Hope they will show up strong and play a solid one!

Habs need a win here, either way.

You will have a better chance of that with Allen in net than Price. Stay out of the box and not give up that first goal
