The team captain also spoke to the media and mentioned negative attitude as the source of the problem, not anyone’s attitude in particular, but just this very heavy feeling in the room. When asked what he could do in this situation to help kids like Suzuki, who said last night that the Canadiens were playing not to lose and not to win, he simply said that he had to be “as helpful as possible”.
there clearly seems to be some sort of leadership/coaching issue... I was listening to Laraque today saying he feels the players aren't responding anymore to Claude Julien, and while I don't want to push the panic button yet I gotta say I agree it looks to be that way. - Pat1993

um, I don't... there's enough controversy and criticism in MTL as it is, if I want drama I'll watch a movie or something - Pat1993
oh I would prefer them to man up and play hard. but seems we're stuck with female dogs. so let them have it if it's what they want.
me perso, I would trade every single one of them before firing the coach. and I'm not a CJ fan.

I guess I'll bite... who would your top candidates be? - Pat1993
you don't have to look very far, Habs already have Ducharme and Bouchard. there's also a guy in TB AHL team (Groulx I think), another one in WPG AHL team (Vincent I think)... and that's without even searching on RDS list of old timers.

I think I get your point... while I don't mind a coaching change if that gets the team going at the same time you gotta wonder how these professional athletes can stop giving their 100% just because they don't like the guy in charge anymore

yeah I guess internally Ducharme and Bouchard are logical choices, and Benoit Groulx would also be my pick... but plenty? unless you consider these "RDS old-timers" to actually be good candidates, which I don't
