Shoetened season, a few wins can drastically alter the standings.

But they wont make the playoffs. One of the funny things about this season is you end up playing the same team 3 or 4 games in a row. Playing a bad team, or in this case, mediocre slumping one, means you can string a few wins together.

But then theyll play some teams at the top, or streaking teams and drop again. Because they just dont have the talent on that roster.

In the end, theyve probably just screwed up their draft pick, nothing more.
