I have a friend there. His gf is a frontline worker and he’s a season ticket holder so he was given tickets. Lucky bastard

I’ve been a season ticket holder for 22 years and all my season ticket holder friends from my section (225) and elsewhere got the same email. You want tickets. You have to pick from a price range of seats and pay for them. That plus proof of a negative Covid test within the last 72 hours and a few other things. Some guys went for tickets immediately after getting the email and immediately received a “tickets unavailable” return blurb. Typical Ticketmaster bull crap. No deference to seniority. My good friend has had season’s tix for 52 years. Lumped in with everybody. His account executive told him it was a typical poor planned MSG cluster@&$#. Your friend was lucky to get tix....especially if they were freebies. I’m not about to spend an hour and a half on the train to Penn Station and walk thru it on my way to the Garden until I get vaccinated. Fairly certain Myself and a bunch of my friends got Covid at Mika’s 5 goal game. I wound up in the hospital sick as a dog for 11 days. Get my first shot tomorrow. Not going thru that again. When they put me in a wheelchair at the hospital I did not have the strength to turn around to say goodbye to my wife who was in the car. I just raised my hand with a wave. I honestly thought at that time I might never see her again. It was scary.

Cause that does not need to be a penalty ever. That's a little wah wahh for my taste.

They always taught hockey in my "old" era...
-If you lose your stick, it's your fault.
-If you lose your balance or get knocked down (aside from an obvious trip), stay on your feet.
