Agreed. But the bigger question is do you hand NoPa the 3C spot back, and push Laughton back down to 4C? Or let Laughton, who's playing better right now, take 3C and stick NoPa at 4C? Will likely be difficult for NoPa to get going offensively with 4th line minutes & mates, but I'd still probably go with Laughton at 3C. Gotta do what's best for the team, not the player here IMO. Can always bump NoPa back up after a few games if he earns it

The issue is the Flyers forward lines have very little chemistry right now, due to injuries, covid, and frankly bad play. Thus AV has been moving chess pieces up and down the board trying to see what combinations will work. All except the 4th line of NAK, Bunnaman and Raffl. That line has played consistently well in the 10-12 minutes a night they play, and frankly we need continuity right now if we are going to make a run. Thus I don't mess with the 4th line. So when TK comes back, you have to sit Patrick. He is adding nothing to this lineup right now and perhaps a few games off will help him collect himself. |

Has nothing to do with a learning curve, you either have it on the PP or you don’t. Maybe if he was his in first few years in the league, this guys a veteran at this point. - ClaudeFather
Ys, Provorov is no longer a rookie .. at this point you either have it or you don't.

Well this is crap pure crap. Tell you what, email Vigneault and tell him he’s running this wrong. Ghost was on the number one unit for along time. He lost it and he lost it for a reason, starting with not scoring a goal from December 20th 2019, to last Wednesday. - SuperSchennBros
Where was Ghosts learning curve when he came in? Oh wait, there wasn’t one. He was a highly skilled player that was good on the PP. you just can’t grasp some things , that’s ok tho. |

Are you seriously saying that the Laughton line has very little chemistry? How about the chemistry that Couturier and Farabee are showing? What game did you watch?

I’m just hoping he earns a 2-way contract so he can be a depth call up possibility. - NC Flyers Fan
it would be a great story for the kid |

LINES .. not pairs .. Let not get into a rat hole here. My point is when TK comes back Patrick must sit! I would not mess with the chemistry of Bunnaman's line, or as you say Laughton's line. |

LOL. The Laughton line is a LINE. You're wrong. Flyers lines have shown strong chemistry all season. They are one of the top offensive teams in the league. Their issue has been overall team defense, turnovers, and individual D zone coverages at 5 on 5 and the PK.
I don't think you're wrong about not sitting Bunnaman but I would put Patrick in Bunnaman's spot at first when Konecny returns. It's not on merit and I would be okay with a few games off for Patrick but if you're going to make him a regular scratch, might as well look to move him. |

Have you seen the JVR/coots/bee line?! They certainly look like they have chemistry
Even the covid line looked good now that they're all healthy. Keep these lines together. The 4th line previously played great hockey as well..
I guess I am confused as to what you're watching because I see things differently and I am quite happy with the way these lines are playing together
Please explain |

My thoughts exactly! I've already responded to him before I saw your response..
I'm very confused what hockey games he is watching because I see a lot of chemistry in 3 out of our 4 lines |

It really doesn't matter what game he watched or how many times he watched it.
