They are just coming at the Sabres with speed and all over them in the o zone

Isles are top 3 in the league giving up high danger chances so they are doing a pretty good job really.

I respect that.

I always look on TSN.CA after games because the show where the shots are actually taken from throughout the game. Very interesting.

They are physical, take away time and space and counter with speed and are strong down low and in front of the net

He was a defensive d man only in the past but he's activating more this year so maybe we are just seeing it more

I think it’s a focus of the Islanders D this year to get the TO and transition quickly into a scoring chance the other way. They all seem to be caring it more.
