codes got it absolutely right and absolutely wrong in the exact same prediction. that's got to win some sort of prize. - RealityChecker
Brilliant call by Codes!
I missed the window for participating, so I’ll just donate to a local food bank when they finish the season, regardless if they finish top ten or not. Happy, a year into the pandemic, to be able to do that. |

I think it is a very unrealistic trade.
Canucks have three young talented LHD already . - VANTEL
Realistically if it were the Avs, I'd want Newhook + we can take back a contract to make the $$ work. |

The Avs have pretty good top 6:
Ratanen, Mackinon, Burakovsky, Kadri, Landeskog (UFA), Saad (UFA)
Not sure they're in the market for a JTM.
Plus i'm sure that they have visions of Makar paired with Byram

Far fetched trade proposals, false play observations as gospel, and dire predictions. All is well in pom pom shade slurp Buzzland. #firethemall |

Canucks play 13 games from now until TDL
Something like Jets x4, Oilx2, Flamesx3, Habx2, Sensx2
I haven’t checked the Flames & Habs schedules, but it looks like the Canucks might need to win something like 8-9 of the 13, and sweep both of those teams, to get to bubble contention by 12 April.
(FWIW, NHL reference has them with a 5.6% odds of making the playoffs)
Who should we pick up for the playoff push? Eichel? Hall?

Blues and Jordan Binnington closing in on a six-year deal, source said. Based on last few goalie contracts, believe that AAV will be in $6 million neighbourhood... |

Yeah there is no margin for error. That's why any loss is no set back but a death knell.
But those chirping the loudest, calling for scorched earth while saying they expected this, is tops in the know-it-all gang.

It’s another sprint. Both Flames & Habs will play 4 more games than the ‘Nucks before the TDL (31 days) and both will likely get short term boosts from their respective coaching changes.
There should be no realistic expectation of making the playoffs (which normally means “seller”), but fans & owners can always hope.
Personally I just want to see progress with some of the kids getting to play and getting better. Haven’t seen enough of that this year, other than from Demko, Boeser & Hoglander. |

Last I checked, Demko doesn't have a cup ring. I say he gets the Markstrom deal. 4x3.xx |

Their best opportunity to get rid of expiring and declining assets. Trader Jim needs to step up. |

5 LHD.
JB has to create clarity. Trade the ones, you arent keeping. I dont care which 3 he keeps honestly. Just not 5 LHD. Bullpoop depth. You have lots of other depth. They need to play or be traded for someone that will. Ruining players TG style. |
