I bleed blue so I normally defend the players at all times, even Gardiner when he was here.
But Freddy makes me nervous, except on those rare occasions when he looks unbeatable. Right now it seems like we have to score at least 4 to win, even though we only give up 20 shots.

He also makes me super nervous and I'm hoping his mediocrity will be comfortably offset with some TDL acquisitions that add further balance and depth to the lineup.

Georgiev seems super inconsistent to me. I dunno if I'd want to go down that road unless we think Campbell is too fragile to handle backup duties.

There’s a fairly straightforward approach: look at the goal and assess whether he should have been able to stop it or not. Leave what the other goalie is doing aside, leave the numbers aside, leave all the rest of the goals aside and look at the situation in that goal.

People can then argue about whether he should have stopped that goal. That’s at least an h9nest discussion.

The expansion draft offers a unique opportunity to get assets that other teams wouldn’t necessarily want to trade like young goalies or d. Make a deal to expose rielly for the kraken to pick the players the leafs want.

For now shore up depth for the playoffs

Yes, for a couple of seasons he was our mvp. But that was awhile ago.

If he would cliche, overdone narrative, cliche, that might make sense.

Goalies are more likely to lose their balance when they are rushed in making cross crease saves. They will be rushed because they are not reading the play properly or behind because something happens - deflection, bounce, defenceman does something unexpected.

When Freddie is playing badly he is behind the play. There’s a big difference between when he’s playing badly and how he’s playing now. That’s not the issue

But....I’m officially on the trade Fred now train and I’m praying every shot goes in for the next 5 games so he does get traded.
