He was terrible for the first ten or twelve games with mayfield but then turned it around. He has been fantastic since then. He made a couple of great defensive plays this game that stood out that maybe he wouldn’t have made in the past. Hopefully he keeps it up.

I presume Trotz is keeping Komarov on that top line knowing full well that we plan to acquire a player capable of taking that spot, so as to not disturb the makeup of the other lines. I hope they do it sooner than later, since we can't afford to turn Ebs and Barzy into bit role players

Great win. Would have preferred not in Ot, but 2 points is 2 points especially after being down 0-2.

Pageau eats against Boston. Although he was on the ice for the 3rd goal and didn’t get on the scoresheet, Pulock had a strong defensive game. Nelson/Bailey/MDC line was solid. Love Wahlstrom’s nose for the net. Varly tightened up the screws big time. Mayfield had a tough game but no ones waiving him and the thought is ludicrous.

Has to be said, Komarov didn’t have the worst game but Barzal needs a different line mate. Literally, anyone else. His game is really hurting and the other teams are keying a 2nd person on him to slow him down.
