You all are completely dreaming if you think Dave Scott would sign off on any kind of sell off at the deadline.

If it’s mathematically possible for the Flyers to make the playoffs, you can bet your ass something will be done to help that happen.

Agreed....they have to think about the expansion draft which complicates everything. I’m not sure if anyone player changes the trajectory of the season.

I could get behind Homer going all in leading up to the Cup appearance in 2010. Since then it just been a circus of patching holes and springing leaks on a sinking ship.

We don’t need Ekholm at all....why would the Flyers add an actual ....legit....solid top defencement....I’d rather another year of the Sanheim-Myers sideshow...or better yet another year of Ghost and Gus, because that’s working..

I keep reminding myself how some seem to think this team will magically figure it all out, and all these guys will develop into top 4 defenceman....oh wait they already are....(frank)!!!!!!

Holmgren has been right with Scott the entire time and was the catalyst for firing Hextall.

No reason not to be sellers at the deadline. But they have a bigger problem. They may have over rated some of these younger players. Can’t blame the coaching...all three guys have been solid head coaches. Sometimes it might just be the players.

I'll respond one time because I know you're trying to take a shot at me. First I'll correct you on blaming Myers for the first Devils goal. It was Travis Konecny who lost his man in coverage, McLeod who was the goal scorer. With that being said, my stance has consistently been not to make a major move for this season at the deadline. Wait until the off season after the expansion draft to make a smart trade or signing. So your comment of another year of Gustafsson is silly. My stance has never been to not do nothing.

If you want to take a shot at someone, you should be accurate.

Remember when the players would have a closed door meeting during the numerous times the team would underperform for long stretches? They can’t even pretend to care enough to even have one.
