Guys don’t be upset. The Flyers gave us playoff time last year. They missed out on some time at the cottage and their expensive vacations. Please don’t expect them to do that every year. It isn’t humane.

That’s the thing with the draft...it’s not an exact science...it does hurt when you whiff on a number 2 though. Sometimes a bit of luck helps.

I hate this team. Play two absolutely horrible periods and play just well enough to lose by one in the third. To put a cherry on top we get to listen to the announcers talk about how hard they worked in this period. I suppose we will get to hear at talk about "right directions" again now. The only direction they are going is straight down.
