I suppose everyone here is still burning their own arms with lit cigarettes like I am. They are just an awful hockey team. Awful!!

That they're well earned is an opinion. They're absolutely uncalled for and you do that for the exact reason of erasing weakness of argument. You insult constantly because you're frequently made to look foolish.
I issued you a challenge on page 12 of the thread. Man up! - MJL
I went through the painful exercise of having to read you again in case I missed something.
No, I don't need Bill's judgment of tanking. For the same reason I don't need a calculator to add 2+2.
I don't know why you are going to pieces. I told you I will let you stay.
Relax, and enjoy the game. The margin is down to 4. |

Why is provorov on the pp? - Buzzo
If it turns out Hart isn't a franchise goaltender, and Provorov isn't a #1 dman, this franchise is literally nowhere. Thought these two were givens, and they have been in Hart's case non competitive, and Provorov below average. |

I wouldn’t mind a guy like Ristolainen because they can build for the future with him back there but Buffalo definitely isn’t going to give him away. |

I’m fine with Cam York and Bobby Brink picks....although Caufield is going to be a good one. - landros 2 Yeah...me too. Just trying to break the tension with a little humor. Hopefully between the trade deadline and off-season they restructure this lineup. Hoping they don't fool themselves into thinking this is an anomaly. |

The bright side to that is knowing that early rather than after you give each crazy long term deals. |

I was rather struck by the tone of Fletch's presser. It did not seem commensurate with the epic level meltdown. Even though I agree there is likely not much he can do now. |

My dear man, unlike you, the insults I provide are extremely well earned, never gratuitous, and are not delivered to erase weaknesses in argument.
Back read the thread. I wanted them to lose every game 1-0 then 10-0. Apparently this was liberal weakness and an impediment to not fixing things. He disagreed.
When I asked how it was an impediment, he responded with his compete till you drop post. Which would of course imply that you don't lose 10-0. - PT21
So the flyers competed till they dropped getting smashed 9-0 by the rangers.
I personally don’t care about the score. A loss is a loss. If asba team you played as hard as your talent provides and you get blown out then so be it.
If I had a choice to lose 9-0 and quit competing, losing 2/3-0 by playing a all defensive game I’d rather lose 6-1 by playing as hard as possible.
It’s all about mental makeup. When you mail it in it snowballs like we see with this team now.
They have stopped doing the little things they need to do and are paying for it. |

Its WAY TOO early to make this judgement on Hart. I mean the kid is proven winner and had a good season last year. This year has been a disaster but there are a lot of extraneous circumstances. I think we need to give him more time. Provorov is what he is and unfortunately he is not as good as we had hoped. But with a better team and defensive partner, I think Provorov will be fine in the top 4.

Yeah that was a head scratcher. Hopefully it doesn’t turn out to be one of those the amd outsmart everyone else situations.
Get the top four dman and a respectable top 9 forward instead of a top six guy.
I would have picked Caufield. - bird_dog_pa
I was hoping to hear his name called as well. |

Yes, this is right. We are only going to lose 1 player in the ED and who knows, Seattle might pass when its our turn! Also, has anyone on this team, besides Farabee, really made a case that they are inexpensable? |

In other words, you had no point at all. I never said anything about compete level. I said if they had to lose, I would prefer they lose small. |

I haven’t watched tonight’s game. Just glanced at the score and stats. A .545 save percentage is crazy. Seriously put Hart in the minors or in the rafters. This kid is going to get ruined. What a disaster this team has become. It’s easy money right now that’s for sure. I’m sure these idiots will go on a win streak when it’s too late. |

Fascinating.
Now where exactly did I say anything about feeling bad or not feeling bad being relevant? My point was margin of losses are irrelevant for draft position.
Ok I responded to you a few times. Quota up. Now find a Septa entrance and a view of the moon and go howl there and leave me alone. - PT21
Sorry professor there isn’t a septa remotely close to where I sit. Maybe man up and have a discussion when pressed instead on insulting anyone who disagrees with you.
Then again if you were more clear in your original point you wouldn’t be getting called out as a fugazi. |
