It is fine by me, as the housing market here is ridiculous. A house that was being sold for 125 000, 3 years ago, now sells for 500 000 k.
I am not concerned one bit about not having another plant built along the shorelines here. They arent a pretty site, plus the amount of ships using the narrow channel will be a cluster (frank), with another plant.

Those 3 are not a liability. Edler & Sutter proved their PO worth last year. JV with his speed & reasonable contract are worth a change of scenery for a deep team. Av’s need depth for a run.

Try finding a house for sale, the waiting list is enormous.
A guy I used to work with, is now a real estate agent. Says he gets people calling him twice a day and houses are sold before a sign even goes up, if they are put on the market.
Same thing is going on all over the north coast. In Rupert, the problem is worse.
They have contractors up here, from all over just to build houses, thay are going to be listed at close to 1.5 million.
