On Feb 25 if you bet $100 on the NJ Devils at -120 to beat the Sabres then 2 days later took that $183.33 and bet the Flyers at -170 then continued to bet each Sabres opponent all the way to today, you would currently have $74,961

100%. It’s been an absolute clusterfuk. I hope that the next election cycle voters demonstrate their displeasure and frustration with this government. - bloatedmosquito

In my county in southern Ontario we are still vaccinating front line health care workers and the elderly age 85+ with the age 75+ crowd starting April 9 - June 30th. So frustrating. Election can't come soon enough. - WendelClark82
This will be as close to a political comment that I will post on here, but I cam see why you can't wait, to oust Ford.

A little hyperbole. It's been painfully slow but I should get my 'clinically extremely vulnerable' letter this week. However, if they only have 10% of the population done after 3 months the math is not encouraging for a rapid timeline for the other 90%. - Marwood

my office building is connected to a long term care facility but we still haven't received our email for vaccination yet. I don't think I will get it until closer to Sept at this rate.

Listening to the news reports it will be a race between the vaccination and catching a variant.
The numbers of the younger demographic infected with these variants is becoming frightening. |

We can’t get ourselves out of this mess and are entirely dependent on America’s help. They will eventually bails us out. (frank)ing embarrassing. I’m flying down for the vaccine but unfortunately not everyone has that opportunity |

it is very concerning. I had read that it was either Kotkaniemi or Armia who caught a covid19 variant, which is why the Canadiens had to cancel games and get revised schedules. Makes you wonder if we see more players in the NHL catch the variant, and how the NHL plans to proceed with games when they do.

I really would be curious to know what the reasons might be behind certain people having more of a reaction to the vaccine than others. Me and one of my friends both had multi day reactions to the first dose and we're both healthy and in our 20s.
I've heard some people say that if you have had Covid or something close to it then you have a higher chance of reacting but that could be totally made up for all I know. I certainly haven't had it as far as I know. |

Just to show how much of a clusterfuk it’s been, Fraser Health did a mass front-line vaccination campaign a while back and vaccinated entire departments at a time.
No one thought of the ramifications of a mass rollout instead of staggering the shots. Many hospitals went into emergency protocols because so many staff were off sick at the same time after receiving their dose.
Even the health authorities are stumbling through this. Let’s hope we learn from our mistakes when the next virus roles around. |

Funny how Canada appears to have all these vaccine delivery delays.

Sounds like the Astrazeneca vaccine ? Anyone I know that's had Pfizer has had no effects. |
