100%, that’s exactly what Lou and Co are doing now. Hitting the phones and offering and asking what it will take to fill the holes we have.
They did a great job last year obviously and I’m hoping they can find the right partner/partners to dance with and make it happen.

Yes I think most do if they are adding. Sellers like to hold on until they get multiple party’s interested, which makes sense.
JGP was at the deadline last year and it was certainly a great deal. The timing just depends when both sides are happy.

It's an absurd long-shot, but paying a hefty ransom for a combo pack of Palmieri and Wood is an interesting thought to me. That would balance the hell out of the line up through all four lines and cut some dead weight.

I love the idea of both these guys. I believe we need two top 9 wingers and a package from one team might be the most economically feasible way to accomplish this. And those two are exactly the type of guys that fit.
