Or if everyone stayed home for a couple weeks last year you wouldn't have nearly as much to complain about today... I have the freedom to go where I want and do pretty much any regular activity because we have no cases here. Beyond wearing a mask in common areas at work and when I buy groceries not a lot has changed for me.
I think the anger towards the government is misdirected and should be placed on the idiots who keep spreading it. - NorthNuck
Sorry but that’s false. People did stay home. There were almost no cases in the summer. Then flu season hit.

Scroll down to page 3. A couple of graphs to look at.
In comparison, we actually had NO covid cases in the summer......several times. People kept bringing it in from other provinces.
Northy is right, you can't blame the government and be a denier at the same time. Everyone that doesn't do their share to be part of the solution is part of the problem.

I absolutely do blame the government. Their political agendas are ruining people’s lives. Sure. Stop interprovincial travel, stop the flow of goods across the border and everyone stay home for months on end. Would probably work but at what cost? Too damn high.

Can’t blame the government? Come on, Trudeau screwed the pooch right from the beginning.

45% of people in the UK have the vaccine. 40% in America (mainly because many won’t even take it). 9% in Canada have one dose. Ya, Trudeau is a genius and hasn’t (frank)ed over the country

It wouldn't take that long if everyone followed suit. 6 weeks max.
Almost everything is in provincial hands aside from vaccine procurement. Take a look at your provincial government.
It's hard to debate politics when people don't understand the basic concepts. - golfingsince
We’d have the vaccine if Trudeau didn’t rely on other countries to deliver it to us. Who would of thought that they wouldn’t ship as promised until their own had the vaccination first. Certainly not Dumbo. He had a chance to set up in Canada last March but chose to invest in others.
Get off your high horse, don’t appreciate the condescending remakes.

I would absolutely love to wade into yours and others utter ignorance and arrogance on this subject, but yours and others comments hold no merit because you hate a political party. There is not one bit of objectivity, just blame the PM because you hate him and his party.
None of you guys have a clue, but here you are making asinine statements like you're sitting in the house chambers, apart of the decision making that is having worldwide implications.
Don't appreciate the condescending remarks, not remakes, and neither do I.
I've allowed the pandemic discussions because it effects us all, and there is so much to learn and understand. But these nutjob conspiracy theories and political slants are over.

Now what can we talk about? Elia’s broken hand? Waiver scraps? Markstrom’s coke problem?
