I saw Kypreos tell a story that him and Healy were playing checkers quietly, back of the plane, for no reason, Keenan got up, walked to the back, looked at them both, smacked their checkers all over the place and walked back to his seat without saying a word

How do you not beat the poop out of him for that?

yeah, and Buchnevich gets a new deal

Shesterkin gets a new deal

Chytil get a new deal

Lindgren gets a new deal

we still have all the bonus problems with the ELC contracts and will be adding another one in Lundkvist

it's stupid to waste cap money for absolutely no reason

- jimbro83

I don’t expect any major moves, given the above.

I don't understand people NOT wanting the Rangers to make the playoffs this year

which to me means people want Rangers hockey to abruptly end on May 8th, like it would be a good thing to go another 5 months where Lafreniere and Co. aren't playing in NHL games.

Are you really a fan of a sports team if you're actively rooting against your team to win? Big picture be damned, I'm taking wins over losses.

Merrimack has received a commitment from 6-foot-8 goalie Hugo Ollas, a NYR draft pick. He played juniors for Linkoping in Sweden. He was selected by the Rangers in the 2020 draft and he’s headed to Merrimack this fall.

I think people just assume, if they are going for the playoffs that means the kids won't play. They don't realize it can be mutual.

I can't see one positive thing developing from the Rangers season being done May 8th

Better draft pick? Less heart burn? Improved gastrointestinal health?

Just throwing out ideas since you asked.

Disclaimer, I am not rooting against the Rangers making the playoffs.
