You (frank)ers would be honored to have me. - mohel
I think you are worthy, and are always welcome anywhere I am, Mohel.
I see that today here on Theobuzz, it was a peppy, but normal one.
Only taken a few moments to be here.
I wanted to add this to Theo's nice / concise analysis of surprise trade two.
I think it is clear to me that Stillman can be called a different "type" backliner than the current stable the starting auditioning.
I think as you said there is a nice high hockey IQ, anticipation and bloodlines that. are it difficult to ignore his dad, Corey Stillman has expose him to plenty of aspects that will/won't bloom and he b comes a player. Not just with Hard boardwalk, but with smart possessions, passes, and pinches.
Let's let him grow them. |

I wish everybody would get off Nylander's Arse. He's 23 years old and has skills. Allow him time to develop. Again....Patrick Sharp did not score 20 goals and turn into a bonafide NHL player till he was 25. The kid has size and speed and when you have a player that has those 2 components, you give him time to develop. Let's not just cut him loose for nothing. We're not in CUP contention just yet. You've got to give these kids time. - Hawkytalk yes agree give him time to develop nylander has all the tools and talent to become a top six scoring winger like his brother its up to him to put the work in to achieve that. Give him another year or two by then the hawks management will have a better idea what type of player nylander will be or not.

I hope not as much as i wanted a big physical d man that fill that 4th or 5th d role zadorov had not been that consistently enough for the hawks to give a extension. Zadorov janmark to boston for bjork? |

Can't see paying Z 3.3M plus to be on the 3rd pair. There has to be other options available that brings some physicality that Stan/JC require. |

I rather have good than physical. Both would be nice but Zadorov just processes the game too slow. |

Signing a good dman would be a terrible move? |
|
|
|
I don't think it matters, if Stan doesn't sign him then the Kraken would have to worry about him signing and playing on NA ice, so if i were the Kraken i would actually snag an actual hockey player instead of a project that might or might not sign with you - BetweenTheDots
That wouldn't be a factor. Borgström has already played a couple years at the U of D (with Mitchell), some 70ish games in the AHL and 58 NHL games with the Panthers.
I agree with the 2nd part of your statement. Seattle is going to want to be competitive out of the gate and the Vegas expansion gave them the blueprint to do that.
This time around though, the other GMs are not going to be caught with their pants down so it will be more difficult. However I think if both The Borg and Nylander The Lesser are exposed, Seattle will take neither and move onto the more expensive portion of the clearance rack.

Not counting Borgstrom and Reichel, they already have Kane, Kubaleek, Dachass, Hagel, Suter, Kitten, Strome, Connolly, Barratt. Keep him if he plays in the A until he proves he can live up to the family name. Otherwise I’d rather he was exposed moreso than a few others. - Assman22
I like Dachass but please don't call El Gato "Kitten".
It makes me think I'm reading posts by the bandwagoners on Reddit who call all the players by cute nicknames and fester about which game the Hawks will be wearing their throwback sweaters.

I know what he meant, but he replied to the wrong post. Your post said you would rather have good than physical, and he said it would be a terrible move if it happened.
FTR, I am fine with this being the only season Z plays in Chicago, and would like it even more if he was gone by Monday. The only way I resign him is if he agrees to 3rd pair money. |

There is no one named Mike Hawk on hockeydb or any other internet search.
Can you verify the name? |

Zadorov should be resigned. He intimidates the puck out of other teams. |
