Maybe we should start a pool to see how many seconds it will take to give up a shortie.
-Rickj
Over and under is 25 seconds. Hopefully they have their PK’ers out there defending, to me PK is more important than PP. |

For sale -
A not so good physical LD, who could clear the crease and lay the occasional big hit on an opposing player. Plays like that can turn the tide and come in handy for the upcoming intense playoff games. Willing to retain 1.6M in salary. Asking for a 2nd round choice or serviceable young player on an ELC. Contact Stan Bowman at the Chicago Black Hawks. |

Agree on the PK. Toews and Hoss were good at that, too. Which top six guy is a good PK guy? While the bottom six is looking promising, they need better PK work there. |

I’d like to see Kurashev on the PK, as a matter of fact I’d like to see him get more ice time, not sure why JC has diminished his ice time. My other pet peeve is all the love that Vinnie is getting, yes he played okay in a couple of games, but the guy is a 13th or 14th forward on a good team, at best. At the end of the season, adios.. |

Janmark being kept out of the lineup as the TDL approaches as a way to protect the asset. The Jackets have been doing the same with Savard.
Connolly in for Janmark apparently unless other lineup changes happening tonight as well.
Possibly sit Carpenter to get 11F and have 7D to slot in Stillman without having to sit Kalynuk.
Or maybe they sit Zadorov to protect the asset for a TDL deal. Saw another rumor that the Bruins and Jets are in on him.
EDIT: Soderberg confirmed as drawing back into the lineup. |

It will be interesting to see what Janmark brings back, I’m sure Stan will look to maximize the return by retaining salary.

Janmark will bring nothing back..... And C'Mon this is Stan we are talking about he will have to add a 1st round pick as a sweetener to unload Janmark.... |

Man I be bummed if they move Zadorov unless it a great deal (A) prospect and 2nd or (B) prospect and 1st .I know he is inconsistent but he still young and adds something the Hawks have not had in a long time no wonder teams like Boston and Winnipeg are looking into him I was hoping maybe Stan was changing his MO a bit getting a big hitter for a change I think the BIG fellow can still grow his game moving forward
Taking the HAWKS 6 to 1 tonight the new no D PP get's 3 Go Hawks !!!! |

Beat me to it. Montour a UFA at the end of the season. FLA takes on his full 3.85M cap hit.
So RFA Z at 3.2M worth a 3rd? |
