Granato has coached his entire adult life though. He’s been around the game a long time.
He wasn’t in charge of a soccer team.
You can also tell his system is not Ralph’s. - Stripes77
Yeah I read that article that was posted the other day and he's had success every where he has been at every single phase of the game at every single level he has coached at.
After seeing what he has done here in Ralph's absence, I want him to have a 1-year prove-it deal.

Does such a thing exist? I'm not being a smart ass.

A one year prove it deal could work but it could also be awful.
1.) say the team does very well and he decides to walk because another team wants him
2.) Eichel sees his new coach only has a 1 year deal why would he stick around then?

I like IQ (Dark Matter is a great album) but I've never heard that. But it's in my queue now. Thanks. - Powerslave
Youtube's algorithm is unmatched as far as exposure to new music is concerned at this point.
I'm appreciative of all the users who upload this obscure stuff. I hate the industry and popular culture so much for holding great bands back; There are so many out there it's remarkable.

What's the alternative? Let's say we get someone like BBQ Bruce to a 3-year deal and we absolutely suck again next year?
Have some kind of language in the contract to have an out if you're the Sabres, and also that Granato won't leave should they make the playoffs. Have the actual wording state that the contract is terminate if he misses the playoffs but extended if he makes it.
