They brought up Lind, to the taxi squad so I expect to see him soon. |

I feel sorry for the guy because if the general fan base is anything like the folks in here the expectations are sky high for a guy who’s probably a fringe NHLer.
Some guys in here have sported a boner for the guy for almost a year now. Crazy. |

I am one of the guys who just wants to see something different of this lame excuse of a hockey team. Very uninteresting to watch.

good find.
I see you’re using a Samsung Android phone.
I agree with you wanting to see more from this team but not sure Lind will make that much of an impact, especially if TG is still coach. He will be lucky to get 5 minutes a night under Greener.
I don’t understand why they were playing so disinterested. They look like a completely different team than the one who showed up during last season’s playoff thingy. And it’s not just the goaltending. The team energy has completely vanished this season. Weird.

I am not sure if I can handle watching another season of Green's coaching style, it is pathetic hockey.
In regards to the players disinterest this season, I can only say, a lot of games last season, before the thingy, they looked disinterested and inconsistent, as well.
No doubt in most fans I talk with, it is time to move on from Green, at minimum.
It is a piss-poor systems and a bad mix of players and horrendous coaching/management. That is a lot of problems to try address. |

Or your trade proposal for Severson? Cal would be a good one and might be available. Either way Rockets have produced a lot of good D. |

Wife just cut my hair, now enjoying a nice glass or riesling at my outdoor fire table.
Part of the reason I stopped posting hockey talk on this forum is cause of poop like this though. I post my opinion and I'm either a Benning bro or a team whiner bro or whatever the (frank) people are saying.
I voice my opinion that goes against the grain and it's labeled an over reaction. I post something that goes with the crowd and I'm a sheep. I was posting today while working a 12 hour shift and because I post a ton more than usual, people think I'm over excited about something we all knew was going to happen. Like I said before, the only thing that would fire me up would be a sutter extension, log back in when Benning announces it in the summer and I'll show you an over reaction. - Codes1087
Bold 1. Just ignore the comments that put you in a group.
Bold 2. Most of it is just joking with you because you are all worked up.
Bold 3. You won't be the only one worked up if that happens. |

Rutherford would be different but he really sucks at drafting. When he has picks still.
He also might not be so great without a generational goaltender, two super elite forwards and a top 10 D in his line up every year though.
He might get rid of Green though. |

Quote from JB on the Gaudette trade:
“He's a guy that we drafted, we spent a lot of time with him in development, we gave him a chance (and) he scored some big goals for us. The thing, you know, that I think we may miss from him is he's got a good release on his shot and he can score from the outside. But I think overall, looking at his two-way game and stuff, we just felt like Matthew Highmore plays a more complete two-way game. Both players get a fresh start, and we'll see where it goes.”
I can’t believe that a senior executive with a multimillion dollar organization actually says “and stuff” when talking to the media. It’s so (frank)ing ridiculous it’s infuriating. |

Good morning fellas - what's shakin? Wow our family's lives got turned upside down mid March, in a good way, haven't watched a full NHL game as I kinda lost interest with this f**ked up season and I've decided I will no longer cheer for the Canucks franchise as long as Aquilini and Benning are in charge of the team.
FYI...our immigration status came through for the USA so we sat down as a family and decided to sell our house in Victoria and permanently move down to our cherished gated community (for Marwood ) in Scottsdale.
Still in the house until the end of May, but it's sold, so we're just preparing for the move down south. Can't believe the stupid prices people are willing to pay, it's ridiculous, but we're not complaining....great time to sell!! |

Could be true but he says it all the time. It’s like he can’t find the words to articulate his thoughts or can’t be bothered. |

Congrats Lefty. Well done. I was wondering when you would make the jump to full time down south. With the housing prices in the lower mainland and island you’d be crazy not to sell and cash out. Your dollars will probably go a lot farther in Arizona than it would in BC.

They are. The last townhouse that sold in our complex sold for 700k(a corner unit just went for 790). Unfortunately if we sell our house we would not be able to upgrade to a house. Just shows that house prices are insane, and you have to wonder how people are affording these mortgages. |
