you haven't been watching dahlin's game lately...took a while for him to rid himself of the krueger stank, but once he did we're seeing exactly the offensive skill-level that made him the first-overall pick...still plenty of work to do, but the future is looking much brighter
- Michael Pachla

Admittedly, dahlin has played much better.
He was a disaster for most of the season.
I agree %100 with your 90% ralph blame.

Well it’s not like Adams could force Lou to go through with it

Jersey made a better offer
We didn’t have a “Zajac” to throw in

I get the game, it's a 2 way street. I Appreciate the banter☝️

Yea, those 2 guy's in my opinion stand in a different class than what I've seen out of dahlin.

When a player has a -34. It really backs what I've been saying. Krueger should take a huge part of the blaim.

2 goals going into tonight. 3rd year #1 overall pick.
40+ games

I hope he is in a class above these 2 clowns in a few years.

🤝

Quinn Hughes has.....2 goals, is a -17 and has been ripped apart this year for being horrible defensively

Notice how Dahlin isn’t a -2 or -3 every game now that we actually score goals?

Yeah, me and vic broke up.
Still like him, maybe superstar was overstated.

He looks different without eichel.
Still has a wicked shot.
Gets points.

You must have loved the Sabres tonight. Nobody punched anyone in the face. (Sabres) your team.

Except for the two times, yeah, didn't happen. Just because Tage and Irwin couldn't land anything doesn't mean they didn't try.

Cale Makar is a big step above where both Dahlin and Hughes are right now FYI.

Do you feel like either irwin or tage (fights) will prevent further cheap shots from the Bruins.

No, of course not.

I appreciate their efforts, that's not tall timbers game, despite his size and reach advantage.

The Sabres need someone who lands punches and hurts the bruins players. That's when they will consider their cheap shot actions.

You have been adamantly against tom wilson type guys for years. You got your wish, go 2021 sabres!

not taking anything away from makar, who's an awesome young d-man, however he spent two seasons in college honing his craft before joining an incredibly talented and well run colorado avalanche team and organization...

again, makar is awesome

that was an impressive point...refereeing sucked in (of course) boston's favor...they got smoked with cheap shots and in the fights but got a point out of the game...

a lot to say for the way they played

- Michael Pachla

It is mystifying how Marchand was not called for a penalty in OT for his hit on Dahlin. The puck was nowhere near Dahlin, and it was a high hit.

His confidence level is way up.

Great breakout pass to Ruotsalinen in the first that led to a chance for him on the rush.

Later in the first he made a move at the blue line as the last guy back that maybe a couple other guys in the league could make (or even have the courage to make) to keep the puck in and deke around Craig smith.

Walking the line Teeing himself up for his goal.

Numerous defensive zone exits with possession.

In OT he was a calming presence and owned possession.

Crazy to think what he’ll be doing at 24 years old.

These are very good points.
Kinda like baker being put into the mcbeane trust the process. He got dumped on the browns.

Guys definitely get the advantage of dynamic teams and what we have here in buffalo

So basically....
Adams got what he reasonably could under the circumstances

Sucks we couldn’t do better- but AGAIN-
the experts were telling us for weeks that we wouldn’t get a 1st

Oh well
