The actual sickness so far isn't that bad, been way sicker hundreds of times in my life. Its just the lingering long term effects that concern me.
And I guess the positive of being stuck in camp keeps it away from my wife, 3 kids, and 80 year old Dad that lives with us.

In some cases it's just crazy. Friend of a friend got quarantined due to potential exposure at a mine site 2 days before he was scheduled to fly out after a 3 week shift. Got paid 1.5X for being there past his quota while he sat in a room and played video games for 2 weeks.

i'm getting straight time as it is my scheduled week to work. Im doing a 22 day swing because of shutdown so last 7, 13 hour days were all DT and my last day will be too.
I've drank so much water they have to bring me extra.

I'm overall healthy, so hope there is no lingering effects. Confirmed yesterday, so far major headache, ringing in ears that doesn't stop, whole body aches, TIRED! and it hurts to cough up the gross crap out of my chest.
