I just watched, or well tried watching, Matheson's presser today. Dude can put you to sleep with the way he speaks. Maybe he should try speaking to the opposition while playing. |

his boy mikey richards be doing different types of lines - DeflatedPucks
Jeff Carter loves cocaine, this I know for sure. A lot of NHLers do lines. Only stays in system 24 to 48 hours. Doesn't F ya up that much the next day unless you don't sleep but having said that, Theo Fleury was playing for the Rangers still up no sleep on coke at times and producing very well at that I might add. |

So I may be digging too deep here, but what if the Zucker to RW approach maybe opens up a spot at LW on the third line for Zohorna?

It feels weird to have this many days off. Some teams like the Bruins have a brutal final stretch due to their COVID stoppage earlier. |

I wish, but I think it's more likely that Sully saw the Zuck McCann Erod line just wasn't good so he wanted to change it up. Move McCann to his natural spot. But I wouldn't mind Zohorna getting more minutes to see what hes got |

They easily could have gone Zuck-McCann-Carter all three in a natural spot. Makes the line automatically better haha. But they way it's setup now is to get McCann ready for Geno and Kap and possibly leave a LW spot open (Zohos side) and eventually shut the door on the RW side (Rods side) |

Carter is a natural center and McCann is best served at wing, that has been shown throughout his career. I think Sully is just experimenting. He has a few weeks before Kapanen and Malkin return, so he is going to see who fits where. I have a hard time seeing Sully play Zohorna 3rd line minutes in the playoffs. |

We had 4 days off in a row in February, due to another team having covid I believe. |

This doesn't sound like they are disappointed with those three.
Hextall: “Zucks, Jared and E-Rod, they played very well together. We know they can play together and we know how well they can play together. So to put Jeff in the middle and Jared on the wing, I don't think is going to be an issue."

The proof is in the line change. Hex isn't gonna talk down about any of the players. I believe they actually like Rod, but not in the top 6. If they actually get healthy Rod will end up on the 4th line until Tanev returns at some point. But there's definitely a chance he sticks on th third line as well. |

Angello was playing very well on the 4th line too and his size was a big plus. I didn't see any statistics but the eye watch gave me hope about his game there....and than comes Sceviour ands starts to produce haha Better than having Adams, Maxim Lapierre and Pyatt lol |
