I dunno why, but I cannot get behind pork chops. Ribs, pulled pork, bacon, anything else I'm like hell yeah but pork chops just don't do anything for me.

How the fvck is the ice this bad? Hardly anyone in the building. No other events. All the excuses over the years are null and void. At what point does Mario ask himself why was the ice better at the igloo than his new 300 million dollar palace?

I'd like to see a little more zip from the Pens next period. They didn't look lifeless, but they didn't really look in it.

Even with a packed building it's like 55 degrees in there. When do you start asking if it's an ice crew or mechanical failure? It's either one or the other.

Just home from playing and missed the whole first...the comments lead me to believe I didnt miss much....

I thought Tortorella was his best friend. Anywho, yes they worked well together, especially when Sully got the last word in. I would use Gudbranson, Galchenyuk, and Kahun as examples after Reaves. Martin was the guy who coveted Johnson.

Sullivan is going to have a lot of say in personnel decisions, as he should. I don't see him having the final word anymore.

This is not meant as snarky. I am curious. So if you do not consider the Habs series last year as "playoffs," do you consider the Pens having the current longest running playoff appearances alive? Or in your opinion did it die last year?

It died...they didnt make playoffs last year...but just like a lot people say the covid cup winner should have an asterisk next to it in 2020, or they do up this way, anyway, the whole damn tourney that started in an August 5 months after a season ended in the middle of a global pandemic, should have an asterisk next to it.

So many friends and family of mine are die hard Habs fans up here and they pretty much all think the Pens were the better team 3.5 out 4 of those games, that if it was Price in the Pens net and not Murray, the Pens would of swept it.

Price was excellent and Murray let in very bad goals and very bad times. To me the only unjustified part of the series as far the play on the ice is concerned was game 4 after they got scored on.
