Made that joke to my wife the other day about wokies saying it's a gun-free zone and the Q's saying that's nice.
Much rather have the lizard people crazies. - Fenrir
Man, if you want to see some lizard people, a Phish show is definitely the place to go. I have seen some CREATURES on lot. At least I thought I did. Could have been the party favors...

I was actually thinking the other night as the game ended that when I eventually do make my way down there to see a game at MSG in person for the 1st time, I'd love to contact some of you guys and grab a drink. Then I thought, I better DM them or I'll have Dundee waiting for me, as promised!! - Tonybere
I would 100% be down by the way. I actually thought of bringing it up while I was in Niagara but wasn't sure if it was weird or not.
For those not sold on Chytil yet, what are the thoughts on trying to use him/other prospects to move up in the draft and take Kent Johnson? - SkjeiStadium
I'm honestly not up on this draft class since it looks like such a crapshoot.

Doesn't have to be Chytil, but I absolutely would love if they made a push for KJ. He's so dynamic. I think he would fit perfectly with our hard working young core (Laf/Kakko).

It has its moments. If you’re into the whole douchey Jeremy piven character he plays in every role.
Wasn’t idiocracy satirizing how dumbed down and docile big corporations have made us - picklerick
Premise was that the trash bred like rabbits while the smart were never quite ready to breed, so the idiots took over and the dumbest guy in the army is frozen and wakes up in the future where he is seen as smart. Funny movie.

Like JRR, I'm not following this draft. Doesn't seem very deep by all accounts.

I'd really like Beniers but I think that's a pipe dream as a lot of places have him going 1st. KJ is slated towards the back of the top 10 which if we end up missing the playoffs won't jumping that many slots considering Arizona forfeited their pick. He's really skilled and I agree he'd fit in well with the group here.
Raty is interesting too. He was projected to be the top pick in this draft for years but has slipped out of the top 10 in a lot of placed. Could be worth a homerun swing if he's on the board when we pick.

From what I've seen the top 5/10 is really interchangeable. Top 2 tend to be Beniers (C) and Owen Power (D), who are both teammates with Kent Johnson at Michigan. They could have 3 top 5 guys in this draft which is insane.
I wonder what the top draft class from any college has been. Typically players are drafted prior to getting to college so this is a bit of an outlier to begin with.

You want me to post a 45 minute song, don't you!?
In all seriousness, if you have the opportunity...go to show. Even if you don't like/understand their music, shows are such a unique environment.

Have a few buds that are Phish-heads. Heard some of their live stuff, speaking of 45 minute songs.
Yeah, they really aren't bad, never got into the Dead or those jam bands. I'd pick Phish as my favorite from that genre.
I did see the Dead once at JFK. Went to see Dylan and they happened to be backing him up. It was a great party vibe experience. And I can say that I saw the Dead.
