Yeah -- there was talk when I graduated a long time ago that they were going to change it. Funny enough, since hockey is only considered a "club" sport and gets (frank)-all from the school in terms of funding....the hockey team is the Chiefs (hence my username, which was my AIM screen name because all the boys that played hockey had to have an "eichiefs" and their jersey number screen name )

Following four assists/points over the last two days, #NYR prospect Braden Schneider has registered 18 points (3 G, 15 A) and a +15 rating in 16 games with Brandon (WHL) this season. He is T-6th in the WHL in plus/minus rating and is T-8th in the WHL in assists in 2020-21.

Do you guys feel ALL native-related names and logos should be changed?
I get into this with my wife all the time. Names like the Indians, Braves, Redskins, and such should go, I agree.
But, names like the Blackhawks or Seminoles, in my opinion, are fine. They are by no means a slur. The use is a tribute to the tribe that once inhabited that local area.
