My gf - what's your excuse for day drinking today?
Me - the Habs
My gf - they're playing or just because of how bad they are?

She's not supposed to be this good at chirping

fleury could be their pick, really depends on their other picks as well. But if mtl believed in him, should he not be in mtl right now?
- deadpoulet

fans often criticize the habs for rushing players and not developing them properly, perhaps they're trying to avoid this in Fleury's case?

he's there to win games. if he doesn't have the guts to sit vets and dress the better lineup, he doesn't deserve the job.

I'd be extremly surprised if SEA pick AHL players.

Easily my better half. Although that's not the highest bar to get over...

So far, DD has done nothing to deserve to see the interim tag removed from his role...

I think he was good, but then felt too safe and started taking things easy. needed to get some consistency in his game.
heard Bouchard say the same thing about him a few months ago. maybe next year.

yup, considering how bad the defensive play can get at times I would've given him a try for sure

I would have reallly liked him to sit Weber and Staal today, give them a break.
we'll need them well rested for the playoffs, not today.
the elderly should not play back to back games imo.

not disagreeing on Weber, but the only way they have him sit out for a game would be for a "therapy day", otherwise it would look kinda bad if the team's captain was a healthy scratch

Game 4 in 6 nights... They better figure this out, because it's pretty their schedule until season's end.

who cares? would Ouellet looks really worst than Weber right now? they won the game the needed to win last night. looking ahead, I think it would be wiser to rest the older guys than 'look good' agants OTT.
