Gutsy win for the Canucks. Good for them. Holtby, Hoggy and Horvat all had a good game. - MisterBrown
this you?
Anything less than 9 goals for the Leafs will be disappointing.
Plus Simmonds beats the poop out of Miller... Foligno kicks the crap out of Boeser... And Muzzin beats Horvat into oblivion. - MisterBrown

But does Holtby’s contract contribute to or diminish Canuck’s cap issues considering that the not-very-good backup goalie is adding $4.3M to the not-very-good team’s cap? - bloatedmosquito

Good morning... lots of crow on the menu.
One of the best regular season wins in franchise history; at least from a perseverience perspective. The in game setbacks the personal experiences of the last month all made it so daunting. To pull that off and against smug Leaf nation was priceless. |

Sent you a PM the other day about it. I bought in at 5 cents, sold at 7 bought back in at 20
Thankfully (?) I'm poor so don't have much in there. Reading the Reddit forums of guys who sold off millions of Dogecoins in December and what... they'd be filthy rich right now - NewYorkNuck
Lol wow
Yeah the part to me that is supremely interesting is it pushing above barriers after massive sell offs because people are making money. Everyone wants it to succeed so they keep tossing a few hundred in here and there therefore encouraging other people to toss money in. People typically don't give away money easily so I don't think enough people will jump out completely after making moneyband having fun at the same time. Definitely going to be an adventure. I think I'm going to toss a bit more in. It grew about 25 percent again yesterday at 40 to 50 that's wild.
You're investing in human nature essentially. I think after 1 or 2 panic sell offs people jump back in and relax. I know did and can't be alone now I'm in for the long haul.
Bitcoin was 8 cents now it's 70k. What is to stop the mob mentality of Doge from saying let's hit 1 buck. Then strive for 2 and so on and so fourth. Then let's take down bitcoin. Obviously it'll need to be an accepted.currency then but that's probably on the way anyway. Worth a shot long story short lol

They did. Not sure on the Edler Knee-Knee however he's probably going to get a game or two. I'm sure the Leafs will be calling the League asking for 10 games. Not that I care if Edler plays or not lol |

I think it's going to float around that 0.35 to .42 area for a bit. The more people talk about it, the more people will start to buy in... eventually, if it gains enough momentum and people take it seriously/pressure places to accept it, this thing could take off. Not huge, mind you – part of Bitcoin's value is because there's a limited supply – but it could definitely get to $1+ these next few months.
I downloaded Coinbase the other day to start buying up some cheaper cryptos. I read an article about one this morning that has grow 4x as much as doge in the past year. Have no idea which one is going to go off at a time. Ha, ya I sold early, bought back in, and have just been buying/selling/buying the dips to get a few more dollars in here and there.
People doing it right:

That'd be worth $32k right now |

I think that would be me eating crow.
I still stand by my original point that Holtby’s contract is poop but he done good yesterday.
If we are handing out moral victory trophies after that win, my choice would be our captain. What a statement game for him. |

the team is better off without him. Edler sucks. That was a dirty cheap hit that he threw on Hyman too. |

Gets Rathbone in the lineup
That was a bad hit... I wasn't watching, have only seen the highlights and what's been written about it. Apparently it was the end of a super long shift after a PK... Edler looks gassed, tries to hit Hyman down the boards and Hyman moves back inside. Edler doesn't adjust and just takes him. Bad hit, don't think it was malicious. If you read the Leafs board here you'll see they think Edler is a completely dirty player whose sole purpose was to take out his knees that game |

I dont think Edler is a dirty player, but I think he makes stupid decisions on a nightly basis. Between stupid minor penalties, or gambling on low percentage plays, I think he is just fighting against time at this point to stay in the league. The hit itself though was pretty bad, he was gassed and the hit (even if he landed it clean) would have put him out of position as Toronto was transitioning up the ice and into the Canucks zone. |

According to leaf fan, Hyman is the second or third best player on that team.
I think they exaggerate a bit. |
