typical of a losing team. Play well and still lose.
Add scoring goals as another massive problem to fix. |

I'll live with it. They actually showed to play after a back to back. |

Sanheim also lost Leddy and let him get a step... |

You all may think that's a tough break for Sanheim but it actually isn't, that is entirely Sanheim's fault because he let the Islander forward get by him on the outside so he was behind the play, and end up tipping it in his own net. Another bad defensive play by Sanheim, if he simply keeps the play in front of him, he never has to reach his stick back in desperation in the first place! |

Effort has never been a problem with this team, its just the same thing over and over again, the offense doesn't convert on tons of grade A chances and the defense is horrid in big moments!

Scoring will get better on this team once they stop rolling out G, Jake, JVR and Hayes on every stupid PP they get!

Was Leddy coming off the bench there? I think Sanheim lost sight of him for a second |

not sure but it doesn't matter, Sanheim is only D on the ice for the Flyers, his only job is to keep the play in front of him and he can't do it!

Be some what fair.....he played as good as he has played all year. He actually got out hustled behind the net and gave the puck away.....3 on 3 is all about puck possession give a ways are crucial. If you look across it was Hayes who got beat to the net...shocking. Tough way to lose but that’s what this team does...even games they sometimes deserve they find ways to lose. |

5 year contracts to a guy without a point in 16 games now. I guarantee come July 1, there will be trades and signings the majority of the fan base hates. |

Do you just sit here all day and wait to b*tch about something? Crazy how you had nothing to say while they were playing well

For the most part I think this team tries, they are just not good, starting with their so-called "best" players, who are not top players in this league. Go watch the Canuck vs Maple Leaf highlights tonight, when those teams get grade A chances, they convert because they have the talent on the ice to do so, these Flyers don't!

Effort never a problem ? I seem to remember 9-0 , 8-3 and 6-1 games where it sure looked liked they mailed it in. |

I don't mind Laughton, as long as he plays in the bottom 6 where he belongs, its when you try to play him in the top 6 you see he is really not good enough. Overall I like Laughton as a 4th liner who can play up into the top 9 when needed.

Yes, Hayes was beat also and if that pass got through it still could have end up in the Flyers net, but it started with Sanheim letting Leddy get behind him.

I'm not denying that there are teams with mose talent and often win. All I was saying is that if you watched all of the games this year you'd notice that effort has been an issue in a lot of games. |

I think the club sees him as our 3c. If he was 3W, he would be paid less or for less years. If he was top 6, he would be paid more. |
