So in his heart of hearts, what do you think Ralphie is thinking right now?
1) I am a lousy coach
2) I could have won with a different roster
I still strongly suspect #2 - Slump Buster
yeah, probably that the system works and the players couldnt do it

I'm ready to jump through tables for this man - jcragcrumple
Nice, but with my luck I would be like that kid in Nashville that missed the table and face planted himself. |

I think Ralph is a strong willed man who had his idea of what worked and what didn't. I also think he realized that his 'system' was outdated, especially now if he's watching Buffalo. He's an intelligent man and I think he has enough self awareness to finally realize that he is not up to par with the NHL. I think he could be a part of an NHL team in some capacity, but I certainly wouldn't put him behind a bench. Coaches age out. The best coaches in the NFL and NHL are mostly young(er). |

No, Ralph is an idiot.
Whomever hires Ralph deserves to be bad forever.
IMO he will never get another Hockey gig again regarldess of FO or Bench or PR. |

Cozens = girgensons 3.0 - Boss34
So scores at a 21 goal clip instead of 7, keeps the defense, doesn't fall if breathed upon, keeps the heart, and is 3 times as fast. Girgs 3.0 it is, although that just sounds like a better player to me... |

No he's not. He's just an awful hockey coach.
If I can push my objectivity to the side for a moment, (frank) Ralph, twice. |

Bottom 6 potential. Was drafted as an overager in 2019. It’s his 22nd birthday today ironically enough.
Definitely deserving of an ELC. Get him over to Rochester and we’ll see what happens - Pegullaville
Doesn’t sound like they’ll be able to get him over in time but his agent said he plans to work out in Buffalo over the summer |

If Donny Meatballs stays, Rousek surely fits the mold of what he's trying to do. - SDSabre
Can I ask a dumb question. Why is Donny’s nickname “Meatballs?”
Is it because he is Italian American? |

Equally dumb answer, I forgot how to spell the last name, that was easier to remember and type. Granoto, Gronoto, Granato, nope, Donny Meatballs it is. |

The two biggest sports questions inquiring minds want to know:
What to make of the new Soccer Super League?
And where did the name "Donny Meatballs" come from? |

Makes sense.. It's how he got paid the last 6/7 years of his career, tricking GMs into his usefulness |
