and you have to pay dahlin

and you want a decent goalie


you need value contracts to fill your lineup


trading a first for a 6 million dollar a year guy is only going to magnify that situation

You do realize that some of the most exciting hockey that we've seen in the last 10 years has been played over the last three weeks by prospects.

Our bigger problem was poor asset management (mostly by TMGM)

Im happy Mitts and Cozens are playing well, but the team is still routinely outplayed.

They are still not good enough.

One thing I would love to know: Krueger talked a big game about playing uptempo hockey and of course never did it. I wonder if Botterill saw the first game under Krueger and realized he had been completely bamboozled. At what point did Botterill realize he had been totally fed BS

Understand where you are coming from, horrible drafting has really hurt us, but we need prospects especially with the cap situation for the next 2 or 3yrs.

2LhD McCabe - out (he may be their best defender)
2G Hutton - out
3G Johansson - traded

I know, Hutton and Johansson sucked, so no biggie there...but the fact is they are relying on their 4th G who was signed primarily to meet the requirements for the Expansion Draft.

I get the frustration, but honestly do you really expect that roster with that talent sitting out to be a playoff team? I am amazed with the fight the boys have displayed in a disaster of a season.
