Thanks dog, appreciate it. Yeah went in at 8, woke up in recovery at about 11:30 and was home by 1:30. It was nice the Surgical Center is only about 10min from my house.

Take what they gave you at exactly the time they tell you to take it and everything will be fine. If you don't have the cold water therapy cooler yet you need to send someone out to get you one or buy one from amazon and ship it overnight.
Spend at least 16 hours a day with that thing on your shoulder. (frank)ing sleep with it on.

Idk.... if u think about it, the trade can be broken down into 2 parts:

1- KC gets brown for a late 1st
2- KC gets a 2nd & 6th for a 3rd, 4th, & 5th

Seems quite reasonable for both sides imo
