When you mention that your saying that your son is looking to get a vaccine now in order to meet up with friends etc, I understood it as him going back to normal life (no other preventive measures).

If they open up the courses, the most I'll golf this year is 6-7 times.

I don't think I've ever golfed more than a dozen rounds in a year.

I can't really justify spending more than around $700. And I'm guessing I've missed the boat on a set of demos.

Two specific but smallish examples.

1. Immigration Settlement spending - Quebec long ago was given responsibility for selecting a certain % of their immigrants. They were also given $ for settling them. Nobody else got selection responsibility of course but when it came time to negotiate $ for settlement, Ontario went last and said we wanted the same share of spending that Quebec got. The feds laughed and said, to get that Man, Sask and NB would have to give all their $ to you for you to get to Quebec's share/

2. Training $. When feds changed UI to EI they allowed it to be used for training to get people back to work. They needed a formula to distribute it nationally so they said all their math people and told them they wanted one that helped Atlantic Canada who had been hurt by the EI changes and (frank)ed Ontario, just cause. They could never figuer out an actual formula based on real EI and economic formula so they just wrote up a (frank) Ontario addendum to the regulations.

That's the thing - I'm not a golfer.

haha... you're the same guy that said you don't make ad hominem attacks, etc... you agree Ontario is milking the system right now. just so you are aware, anyone who took social studies in BC is well aware Ontario has been milking the regions since confederation... Didn't even bother building the railway as promised to BC according to terms within 10 years of joining.

I guess my point is that if he wears a mask, washes hands well, maintains distance etc - there shouldn't be any barriers to prevent him from meeting his friend in outside locations. (Assuming he is 20-40y old and not part of a higher risk group).
