I can tell you I've seen worse outcomes from ignorant comments - And having convictions voided or thrown out is more common than you may imagine. You may think the comments aren't much.. I have no doubt that they’ll use it for appeal but they’ll have to show damage of some kind. I mean every juror came into this trial having heard so much, it’s been everywhere and who the hell is Maxine Waters to them. Sounds like a tough sell to me.
