I've been very impressed with Robertson these past 2 games.
I don't think he'll fit in our playoff plans this year, but he's gotta be on the team full time next year.

It's entirely possible. He could be a Bracco type.
I think he has the potential to be real good though. His shot alone means he should be able to pot 15+, providing he has the goal scoring touch. But some players have lots of talent but just can't seem to score. Ie-Mikheyev.

Thirded or fourthed or whatever. I don't know who I'm more tired of watching do nothing: Simmonds or Thornton. Thornton did have a legitimate good chance that Holtby stole. I thought Simmonds was going to bring grit. Maybe I just never knew what grit was. Is that grit? Standing still and doing very little? Because Thornton is super-gritty, too, then.

I think the injury to Simmonds really screwed his mojo, and age makes it a little trickier to get those gears back in sync. He could be healthy but completely unable to find his groove the rest of the year.
I think he'll be really good and show his value in the playoffs though. Gotta have faith.
Thornton is toast. They should be sitting him more down the stretch.
