I’m pretty sure you’re a healthy lad. The Astra *may* not protect you from infection but it will greatly reduce the impact that it has on you should you get it. Pfizer also may not protect you, but the may is just smaller.

Oh I’m not sweating it. More just laughing that what vaccine you get is now a thing of pride. And Pfizer is the Cadillac of vaccines. I may get the Astra next week or I may wait until I’m in the States. Both better than nothing I guess

How are they softer? OJ lays a hit out per game. I would guess that Rathbone does the same, which is more than Schmidt's 1 hit every 4 games. If Myers wasn't such a wussy this season and back to his almost two hits per game from last season. Re-sign Hamonic who is more physical than Benn and add Savard who has more hits than Edler does.

OJ would go to PK 1. He was a beast in Utica on it. Green won't let go of Edler though. Rathbone 2nd PK. Savard and Hamonic on the right side.

If we are speaking to roles, than why insert Tryamkin when you have Myers?

In 39 games played this year, the Canucks have 10 goals from defenseman in all situations. Maybe its just me, but I think we need more Quinn Hughes and Rathbone type defenseman than we do more Myers and Tryamkins.

My worksite has been overun with cases, 200+ now. So they bussed me and other positive cases to covid hotels in Edm. Spent 2 nights there and it got so bad, I called 911. Now in Royal Alex hospital with IVs in both arms, and on oxygen.

I doubt there is anyone on this board, who is more emphatic about have a more non- soft team than myself, without Edler, this team even softer than melted butter.
If this team somehow got more physical over the next 6 months, I would be thrilled and more than happy not to see Edler play for the Canucks again, I just don't see that happening yet.

I’ve had a few meals w the Sedins. Great dudes. But that’s not my brand of hockey. I get your point. Edler is a tough dude and that will be missed. But time to move on. Replace his physicality w a younger player (not OJ or Rath - you know what I mean)

Nobody is signing a team friendly deal. The last player who left money on the table was Hamhuis...

Hughes and Pettersson might not have “proved” anything yet, but the have each done something that VERY few players have done to start their careers. Signing them long term is a good gamble.
