Nothing whatsoever... but thinking after 3 days a migraine is unlikely... can’t be a stomach bug because that can be a symptom of covid...so I thought maybe mono...but pure guess on my part since you are very tired when you get that and it’s contagious...they said he hasnt come out of his hotel room in 3 days...
