I talk about it now and again but in this case was more about why I get up early. As for the rest if somebody wants to ask or discuss, great, I'm down, but I referred to myself as an bumhole in the same comment as mentioning I got the lift in already for a reason. i don't think i'll ever lift a weight again.

if i do it'll just be light lifting. i had a botched hernia surgery and they gave me a small settlement and expect me to never lift anything over 20 lbs ever again! as if that's even possible.

it's just exercise bike and stuff like that for me now.

i don't really feel much pain from it but when i do it's pretty poopty. even walking will take it's toll after a while. some days i don't even notice it at all though so a lot of people have things worse than i do so i try not to complain about it too much.

the good news is i never have to do sit ups ever again unless people want to see my intestines fly out of me like one of those trick cans where the snakes pop out.

i can lift things over 20 lbs. that's just the restriction they gave me in like 2015 or 16 or something. mostly squatting or climbing are the things that might hurt.

but it was kind of my luck to get a huge hernia (it was like half a softball sticking out of me) and then have a surgeon with a rusty saw and some chicken wire for surgical equipment.

i don't really feel much pain from it but when i do it's pretty poopty. even walking will take it's toll after a while. some days i don't even notice it at all though so a lot of people have things worse than i do so i try not to complain about it too much.

if the operation was being done in a shed that's usually a good sign you're not necessarily talking to the best doctor available, although I guess dr. Nick is pretty good if you're on a budget
