I think it’s regular season only, but I’m not sure. If it counts during post season, this charade “iron man” streak has to end after 4 more games.

RIGHT????!!!!! when he was very nearly caught on the powerplay while loafin it back to get the puck i just about lost my mind.....he shouldnt have seen ice the rest of the game. Maybe they are hoping he gets hurt so the streak is over and they can bench as needed.

He’s 34 playing this season’s compressed schedule, he looks tired and worn out. Perhaps he’s nursing an injury, who knows. If nursing an injury, he should sit and rest and get ready to be able to help his team in the playoffs. It is starting to seem that, to him, his personal streak comes before any team success. Let him play out the string, and then scratch him after Game 1 if he looks the same as he has recently. Preferably scratch him before Game 1, but Q probably will give him one game to show something, at least.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. The slow stroll back to retrieve puck was made worse by being oblivious to the ‘hawk busting down the wing and beating him to the puck. But even w/out that happening, ytf are you casually going back to get the puck while the power play time is ticking away. Maddening, and I also expected Q to sit his ass after that. I almost think Q is just proving a point to the other players who stuck up for Yandle when he was rumored to be a scratch at the beginning of the season. I wonder if his teammates are getting sick of it yet.

Yandle will singlehandedly be responsible for at least one loss in every post-season series we are in.
