This team needs a complete overhaul top to bottom and everyone fired and everyone but Pettersson, Horvat, Miller, Boeser, Hoeglander, Hughes and Demko need to be traded or cut.

I think that's a bit of a reach. That's a pretty big rebuild at that time and push things back 3-5 years when then you'll be needing to trade the likes of Horvat and Boeser and Miller as they're in their decline.
