Cam is starting to learn, you don't win with small skilled guys..
- Reubenkincade

😄 his rankings would suggest otherwise.

Lol. A team with a terrible defense, it only takes 5 good games and you can become the teams best defender, the sad truth of the Canucks.
- Reubenkincade

The team defense is absolutely disgusting. He's still the best one imo tho

This might be why they are so terrible...
- 1970vintage

It's 100% the reason we are bad. He's a 2nd pairing two-way defenseman at best.

But JB didn’t say we were rebuilding.
- dbot

He didn’t?

“We did turn it around that next year, we signed some players, we made the playoffs,” said Benning. “But at that point, I realized that, you know, with the group we had, we were going to have to try to rebuild the team and that was going to happen through drafting well and signing some free agents to help these young players develop. And that's the course of action we took.”

He’s said it many, many times. Just google “Jim Benning” and “rebuild” and you’ll be able to see his quotes on rebuilding. Easy-peasy.

Thanks for putting in the work.
My comment was in jest, because clearly they’re rebuilding.
I look at JBs actions more than words.

Everything is a lie. Living in NY was a lie, being near the location where that maniac drove into a crowd was a lie, having kids and taking them to soccer was a lie, not being Nuckup is a lie. I have no idea what the end game is.

People lived 900 years in biblical times. This generation has been poisened by those synthetic drugs and vaccines, look at the autism and how (frank)ed up they are it's off the charts, I had to pull my daughter out of school they wanted her on ritilin which is synthetic cocaine, the medical system killed my mom and dad I could go on and on man.
- Bettmanhatesus

No it’s not, but they have similarities.

Both cocaine and methylphenidate, the generic name for Ritalin, are stimulants that target the dopamine system, which helps control the brain’s functioning during pleasurable experiences. The two drugs block the ability of neurons to reabsorb dopamine, thus flooding the brain with a surplus of the joy-inducing neurotransmitter. According to some studies, Ritalin and cocaine act so much alike that they even compete for the same binding sites on neurons.

So as stimulants, the body accepts them in the same way but Ritalin is much, much slower in how it increases joy and euphoria.

Unless you are trying to rebuild a fringe AHL team that is.

There’s always a bright side there Mr. Brightside

There are ones that have more head tilts, eye brow raising, brow crunching questions.

I saw one the other day a guy who works for elite who does the USHL. I thought his rankings of the USHL were pretty good.

I usually read/watch as much as I can, but can no longer read Cam, as his stuff is complete garbage.
I can't remember who it was on here that relied alot on his material. Lol

Hes behind a pay wall isn't he? It seems like every amateur unpaid analytics scout has their own draft website now where you pay for material

He is so against consensus these days. I don't mind ranking a player or two 10 to 20 picks higher or lower then what most think. Every prospect has a chance, so they have a slot.

He ranks mid first rounds that I have to wonder who is this guy even. I have seen hundreds of names.

I have considered Will Scouch. He has a ton of content. Just have to put it on mute. He is always trying to find things with players that aren't there. Things that are there he ignores.

He, like some others, are starting to rank players based on the way they want to see the game be played, soft and skilled.
