Friends of ours have 2. Just got a puppy because the older won is closing in on 11.

She is massive but really cool. I think they call them apartment dogs because they don’t need a lot of exercise and are super lazy (could be wrong) but they lean like crazy. You’ll be standing in the kitchen and they’ll come in for a back rub and just start pushing you into the wall because they’re a 170lbs.

It must be a big dog thing. Google “Berner Lean”

Mine does it in so many different ways.

1 is more than we can expect.

Calgary and Vancouver are horrible teams. Winnipeg seems on their way to joining them.

- Aetherial

The Jets have a much easier schedule than the Habs for remainder of season.

Either way, we are on a collision course with the Oilers in the 2nd round.

From Kristen Shilton tweet:

Sheldon Keefe update on Justin Holl after he left tonight's game:

"He's bloody."

Said Holl was in the room after the game and joking around. But as far as how he is medically, Keefe didn't know any further.

thanks

Mins is 125 right now. Vet wants her to lose another 5 but she isn't so bad lol. She can pull though. She enjoys seeing other dogs on the walks we take so she pulls a bit. No one else will walk her lol
- Aaron_85

125 is solid. They're friendly as hell huh? I have to keep an eye on mine with the walks so she doesn't get too excited. I can handle her if she pulls, but if she decides to get a running start, I'm (frank)ed.

Some more hard-hitting journalism:

Alex Galchenyuk on Auston Matthews:

"He's a great human, really easy going so a great guy to be around with. He's having a lot of fun on the ice, and it's the same way [with him] off the ice."

we need to get past the Habs. I think it is pretty reasonable to be concerned about that series.

Mid-1990s.

I’m in an outdoor equipment/clothing store in Vancouver. I’m looking at technical jackets.

A hot saleswoman walks up and we start chatting.

I’m flirting hard.

She’s flirting back.

Wedgie is slaying it.

“Nice Tibet t-shirt,” she says. “Did you go trekking there?”

“Ummm,no, I’ve never been. My parents bought it for me when they were trekking there.”

I collected my shattered manhood off the floor, and quietly slunk away.

Get a harness with the leash attachment on the front, so when she pulls she gets tossed sideways.

It’s a game changer.

my first shoulder separation was not sports related... rather my 100lb malamute... who indeed got off to a running start... I was about grade 8 or grade 9 and maybe 130-35lbs at the time. Malamute 1 my shoulder 0

Mine too. She has a harness but I should try what was suggested. The front attached harness. It might keep her from trying to be pet by every human we see.

Oilers look so fast, and I’m always thinking the Leafs would have trouble keeping up, until they actually play the Leafs. Weird.

Agreed. When in doubt, always involve a tiger. i.e. "I had a ticket booked with some friends, but was both savagely and ironically mauled by a tiger the week before the trip."

Was looking at the standings and was mulling what the playoffs would look like if it was arranged 1vs16, 2vs15 etc.
As it stands, we'd play Edmonton in the first round. If Colorado (1pt back, 2 games in hand) were to pass us though, it'd be...

Boston

So eff the hell off anyone who likes a 1-16 format.

I hope we end up playing Boston in the Finals. Last hit pays for all.

I agree I'd like to face them at some point....but not in the first round. Once we get a round under our belts, I think we'll be fine.

I just read a stat that 11.9% of Matthews' career games have been multi-goal games?! That is utterly ridiculous.

And I'm leading by 12 inches.
