Concussions have plagued me my entire life. Suffering a number of them in my youth and serious sports days - then the decades of debilitating migraines, and now memory loss, lack of focus etc etc etc. It’s real.

That's hard man. I feel lucky, I got knocked out once cycling, but didn't have lingering affects.

Another time I had a car pull out in front of me and went head first into the side of it, the helmet saved me.
