Yeah, I disagree. Jim has been looking for top six wingers for almost a decade and hasn’t been able to find them. I think Miller is much better as a winger than a C and you just create a different problem if you slide him down the roster.
If Beagle really is done I guess Sutter for two more years it is. - 1970vinZtage

He would have gotten injured, or stuck playing with Gaudette and Birtanen if he signed in Van. |

Toffoli would not have been on the third line in Vancouver. IMO, 2nd line and PP1. |

I’ll see what I can do. He’s usually in K town for the summer.
But if he won’t how about an autographed Mike Ridley card? You know he’s the first Canuck to score a goal at Rogers right? Lives down the road from me. |

He would also be our leading scorer here with that deployment. |

Can the Habs wrap up a playoff spot tonight against the Sens? I don’t think so as the Canucks could technically win out and tie in points and hold the Wins tie-breaker, but not sure. |

its absolutely insane that Bo continues to carry every pylon winger that gets tossed at him. The line generally stays the same with Petey/Miller/Boeser, but up until Pearson came along, his longest standing winger was Baertschi. Really is a testament to how good Bo is, cause the guy has not been treated very well as far as linemates go while here lol |

Also, I guessed 6-3-3 for the Habs down the stretch and got Pooh-poohed.
They are currently 4-3-0 with games against Ottawa, Torx2 and Edmx2
Maybe I’m wrong on the 3 OTL’s but this is an easy to finish 500 schedule. |

I honestly thought that Baer would get the call up after pearson signed as nothing else has really worked with Bo other than Pearson. |

I like Hoglander with Bo and Pearson. LE was fine defensively when on Bo's line, but he made that line significantly slower, and anchored them offensively. I don't know how well Baertschi is doing down in the minors, but I am assuming average at best, as no one ever talks about him

Is it really two years? I just don’t see much else coming up through the system, which means they are going to have to fill their needs through free agency, and that scares the crap out of me. I mean, maybe Rathnone can be a new Edler, and Woo a Bieksa, but beyond that and Podkolzin there’s not much to be excited about fir the next what, four years? - 1970vintage
Whoever they draft this year will be a player to look forward to. It's gonna be a high pick. |

No thanks. I'm not much of a collector. I was going to send it to Benning. |

I wonder if we luck out and get one of Power, Clarke, Berniers, McTavish, Eklund - if any of these kids are ready to step in and play next year??? |
