Tomorrow nights Caps/Rangers game is fascinating to me. How the Rangers respond says a lot about who they are imo. I truly believe they aren't going to do a thing.
Which will infuriate their fan base, and rightfully so. - PLindbergh31
Someone should just wreck Wilson from behind, send a message. The body slam was not ok, he tried to slam the guys head into the ice. |

Panarin jumped on his back did he not? Throwing a punch at a defenseless Buchnevich was more egregious imo. How many times when players square off does a guy get slammed to the ice? |

Jumped on his back, so what? How many times does a guy do that in a scrum? The punch was nothing. Guys don’t get slammed to the ice like that |

Tom Wilson lives quite the charmed, privileged life. He's cultivated a career of scumbag exceptionalism and will probably play out the rest of his playing days with little retribution and quietly retire to his millions. He reminds me of Matt Cooke. |

The league has spoken and it says vigilante justice is the law of the land. Time for players to take matters into their own hands. What a league. |

Luckily the majority of people who post here weren't watching hockey in the 70s and 80s. They would have been so offended...... would have held their breath retreated to the basement and fired up the Atari. |

Combination of both. If the Flyers played everyone like they played the Penguins this year, they'd be in the playoff mix. - PLindbergh31
Flyers are at the point where good teams are taking them lightly. Flyers did have some pep however |

At least Tom Wilson didn't break up his billet family and run off with the mom, lol. |

While Avery always had a corrosively execrable potty mouth, was he ever much for the dirty/injurious play? Any of his shenanigans I can recall were more rhetorical antagonisms, but I can't recall him doing anything like Cooke/Savard or Bertuzzi/Moore? |

They’re on ice. They were both going down mid swing. Wilson didn’t Kevin Nash jackknife power bomb him or anything. Panarin poked the bear there. |

I don’t take much consideration from the opion of the guy who naturally skates by Tim Thomas on his knees stretching and hits him in the back of his head with his stick |

I didn't watch the game... Did we actually play well or did pitt play that poorly?
It's usually the flyers on the short side of a 7-2 game - Bob Habib
Yes we were moving our feet, but it was also pretty weird how the Pens kept letting us enter their zone unchallenged (very Flyers like actually)... |
